Skilled Repair Technician

We are looking to add a skilled repair technician to our casual and friendly team!

Do you have electrical experience such as installing light fixtures and converting to GFCI? Do you have experience with light plumbing, like changing out toilets or installing a faucet? Do you have experience with carpentry like installing siding or windows? If you answered yes to any of these questions, we'd love to hear from you!

This position is full time, pay is commensurate with experience. We are a certified Orange County Living Wage employer ($14.95/hr min)!

Benefits include: PTO (paid time off), health insurance (we pay 60%), occasional bonuses, and paid holidays.

Our repair technicians drive company vehicles, so a valid driver's license is required.

Service area is typically in Orange and Durham Counties, sometimes Chatham and Alamance.

Hours are usually 9AM-5PM.

We conduct a criminal background check before hiring.

Job Requirements:

- Experience in skilled trades; either with electrical, painting, plumbing or carpentry. Carpentry skills are a big plus!

*Educational training may be accepted in place of experience.

- Must be able to follow directions and report any changes or difficulties to the projects manager.

- Must be a team player who can communicate to work out problems.

- Cleans up after themselves at a work site, leaving the space looking better than when they arrived.

- This position will sometimes require heavy lifting, and standing for long periods of time.

- A successful candidate is professional and respectful while working in customer’s homes.
